Terms of Service

Contact RankedBrands@gmail.com to discuss your business and website needs. We gather information about your business, verify that we can support your website and recommend the plan that best fits your needs. You can then sign up for a website plan through RankedBrands.com.

New subscriptions using our first-of-month checkout are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the initial billing period, then renew at the full agreed monthly rate on the 1st of each month. Stripe displays the amount due before payment. Existing clients retain their agreed rates; any billing-date transition must account for service already paid for and outstanding balances.

Paid website plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. Ranked Brands and its clients may cancel or terminate services at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Ranked Brands also reserves the right to decline to provide services.

Website build-out prices are $500 for Starter's one-page landing page, $1,500 for Business Growth's full website, and $2,500 for Full Business Management. The build-out fee is waived with a commitment to growing your business with Ranked Brands. This is a handshake commitment, not a fixed-term contract. You may instead pay for the website upfront.

Starter is $49 per month and includes a one-page landing page, hosting, monthly revisions to text and images, and email-only support. It does not include ongoing SEO, authoritative content publishing, business listings, daily ranking tracking, a dedicated account manager, or phone or text support.

Business Growth is $149 per month and includes a dedicated account manager you can call or text, ongoing SEO, Google Search Console setup and management, daily SERPs tracking, authoritative content monitoring and publishing, business listing setup and management, Google Business Profile help, monthly performance reports, and a monthly one-hour business consultation. Full Business Management is $499 per month and adds the broader hands-on management listed on the pricing page.

All plans include the following while the plan remains active:

• Monthly revisions to website text and images
• Email support, with responses during the operating hours below

Current clients may contact support at RankedBrands@gmail.com at any time. RankedBrands.com offers a guaranteed response time of 48 hours or less during regular operating hours.

Customer support and operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Websites are built within seven days from the time of signup.

Websites built under the waived build-out offer stay on Ranked Brands hosting while the plan is active. Unless the website was paid for upfront or purchased under the buyout terms below, RankedBrands.com retains ownership and applicable copyright in the products and materials it provides. Client-supplied materials remain the client's property. Website payment or buyout does not include ownership of our hosting infrastructure or third-party services.

• Content generated by RankedBrands.com
• Business email addresses
• Website backups and files

RankedBrands.com manages Google property verification and ownership setup for the properties associated with your managed website and adds you as an owner of those properties.

When you transfer your website and domain, the handover of Google property ownership and management is included at no additional charge. This includes transferring the setup managed by RankedBrands.com to your control.

Business Growth and Full Business Management include access to serps.app at no additional charge while you maintain an active qualifying plan with RankedBrands.com.

These plans include daily SERPs tracking and monitoring, together with regular reporting and updates. These benefits remain included for the duration of the active qualifying plan and end when that plan is cancelled or terminated.

Clients may request a transfer of their domain name or website by contacting RankedBrands@gmail.com.

For a Business Growth website built under the waived build-out offer, the website buyout is always $1,500, regardless of how long the client stays. It does not decrease over time. If the client paid the $1,500 website price upfront, no second website buyout is due. This Business Growth rule takes precedence over the page-count transfer prices below.

• Domain-only transfer: $100.
• Website transfer for a 1-5 page website: starts at $500.
• Website transfer for a website with 6 or more pages: $1,500.
• The domain transfer is included free with a website transfer.
• Google property ownership and management handover is included free with the website and domain transfer.

You may cancel by logging into your account using the details you provided at signup and cancelling your current paid website plan.

Upon cancellation, you immediately lose access to the products and services provided under your plan, including plan-provided SERPs access, tracking, monitoring, reporting and updates. Ownership transfers are handled separately under the transfer terms above.
